Part Time Receptionist

The receptionist role is a very important part of our business presence. As the first voice, first face, or
often first text a newcomer to Onshore Outsourcing encounters, you have the opportunity to delight would-be customers,employees, and guests with a peerless world-class experience. This role does not just staff a reception desk, it shines Onshore’s beacon of hope upon all who enter.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcomes colleagues, visitors and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Routes phone calls to correct recipient based upon call type, caller identification, and call routing rules.
  • Works with Marketing department to maintain branded communications at all time.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Provides a single-point-of-contact service for sending and receiving mail, observing secure mail handling procedures.
  • Ensures visitors comply with sign-in/sign-out policy and are escorted as required before they leave the reception area.
  • Respond to tasks and tickets for reception in a timely manner, completing work requested within required timeframes.
  • Additional administrative tasks as required.
