The Team Lead’s role is to supervise and direct all daily duties of one or more teams. The Team Lead position requires direct communication (verbal or written) of any and all portions of any project/s with Onshore’s Director, service manager, team members, and any customer managers/team members as required. The Team Lead must be able to address any/or all customer requirements within their specific scope of work. The Team Lead must be able to understand and assist with the business problems faced by the customers to include technical needs. This role requires a varied mix of skills—
