Sales - Remote - Full Time

The Role – MUST LIVE within a 45-minute drive of Indianapolis IN 

We are seeking an Account Executive to be pivotal in driving the growth of Onshore Outsourcing within the State of Indiana. This role requires a highly motivated, experienced professional with a proven record of qualifying SQLs, nurturing relationships, and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients. Account Executive Essential Job Functions 

  • Client Acquisition - Proactively generate new sales opportunities in IT, specifically in IT managed services (excluding hardware) or staffing services for IT roles such as development, quality assurance or data services.
  • Close deals with clients within assigned state territory, ensure each stage of the sales process is effectively managed from initial contact to contract finalization
  • Lead Qualification - Collaborate with the inside sales team to qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and determine potential for conversion
  • Relationship Management - Build and nurture relationships with potential enterprise clients, understand client’s unique business needs, challenges, and goals
  • Sales Strategy - Develop and implement strategic plans to reach and exceed sales targets, ensure a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and value proposition
  • Reporting - Regularly update Salesforce with accurate client deal information, provide timely reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management
  • Market Insights - Stay current with industry trends, identify upcoming industry movements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position company offerings effectively.

Performance Targets

  • Achieve an annual sales quota of $1.2M 
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline that ensures target achievement
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Compensation

  • $200k projected OTE with $80k base

Account Executive Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of PROVEN HANDS-ON sales experience in IT specifically in IT managed services (excluding hardware) or staffing services for IT roles such as development, quality assurance or data services
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to persuade and close high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Must live within a 45-minute drive to Indianapolis and willing travel 50% of the time
  • Maintain a valid Driver’s License
